Pilot applications

Last updated 6 August 2026

What this notice covers

This notice covers information submitted through the Trakkit pilot application. Product data will be covered by separate, reviewed terms before a pilot starts.

Information we collect

We collect your name, work email, company, role, approximate supplier volume, review cadence, current process, main challenge and expected timing. If present, we also retain campaign parameters attached to your application.

Anonymous campaign measurement

When the landing page loads, we record the page path, time, referring hostname and any UTM campaign parameters in structured Railway service logs. This event does not set a cookie, create a visitor identifier, include the raw referring URL or contain application details.

Language preference

If you choose a language, we store that choice in an essential first-party cookie for one year. It contains only the selected language code.

Why we use it

We use the information only to assess pilot fit, respond to you, plan discovery conversations and understand which outreach produced a relevant application. We do not add applicants to a newsletter.

Where it is processed

The landing service is intended to run on Railway. Application notifications may be delivered through Lettermint. Access is limited to the people evaluating and operating the pilot.

Retention

Unsuccessful or inactive applications are retained for no longer than six months unless we agree otherwise or need to retain a limited record for legal or security reasons. Anonymous campaign events follow the configured Railway log-retention period and are not copied into a separate visitor-profile store.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your application information by contacting hello@trakkit.eu. We will update this notice before introducing additional analytics or opening the product beta.
