Where reviews get stuck

The scorecard is rarely the hard part. Getting a useful answer from everyone is.

One person builds the sheet, sends the reminders and merges the answers. A few months later, nobody can find out why the decision was made.

  1. 01

    Copy last year’s spreadsheet

Questions drift, versions multiply and every new review starts with a cleanup.

  2. 02

    Chase replies by email

You lose time checking who replied, who needs a reminder and which attachment is current.

  3. 03

    Merge scores by hand

Different teams use different context, so the final number needs another meeting to explain it.

  4. 04

    Rebuild the story later

At renewal time, actions and reasons are spread across files, notes and inboxes.

The better way

Keep the whole review together, from the first question to the supplier meeting.

A review people can actually follow

One review. Four clear steps.

Use the criteria you already trust. Trakkit takes care of the movement around them.

01

Set the criteria

Start from a reusable scorecard and adjust it for this supplier or contract.

Your criteria, not ours
02

Invite the right people

Send a secure link to colleagues or supplier contacts. They do not need an account.

Less friction for reviewers
03

See what is missing

Follow responses in one place and remind the right people before the deadline.

No inbox detective work
04

Decide and keep the record

Compare scores, read the context and save the actions for the next conversation.

Good questions

A few things you may want to know.

If your question is not here, include it in the form. We answer every suitable application ourselves.

Is Trakkit just a survey tool?+

No. Collecting answers is one step. Trakkit also keeps the criteria, response status, scores, comments and agreed actions together for the next review.

Who is the pilot for?+

Teams in procurement, quality, operations or vendor management that review suppliers more than once and involve several people in the decision.

Do reviewers need a Trakkit account?+

No. Invited reviewers use a secure link. The product security behind those links will pass its release checks before real review data is accepted.

What does the pilot cost?+

We agree the scope and any cost before we start. We are not publishing pricing tiers until we know which parts of the workflow create real value.

Can I use the full product today?+

Not yet. We are taking applications first. The product opens for pilot work after its security, data handling and release checks are complete.

Tell us about your process

Start with the review already on your calendar.

Share enough for us to understand how you work today and where it becomes frustrating. We will tell you honestly whether Trakkit is a useful fit.
