What is included in Start and Growth?+
Start is €49 per workspace per month excluding VAT: 25 suppliers, 3 app users and 100 Traks. Growth is €129: 200 suppliers, 10 app users and 500 Traks. Forms, import, reviews, invitations, up to two scheduled reminders and PDF/Excel/CSV exports are included.
How are suppliers counted?+
Each supplier counts once across departments and rounds. Independently reviewed sites count; structural groups do not. Every unique supplier active during the billing period counts. Archiving frees capacity next period. Upgrades always require confirmation.
Do reviewers need a paid account?+
No. Reviewers use their own invitation link with no access to management screens. Only internal app users count toward the seat limit. Departments do not require separate subscriptions.
Can I import Excel and export results?+
Yes. Download the fixed Excel or CSV template from the app. The limit is 10 MB and 10,000 rows, one per supplier and reviewer. Preview and confirmation create drafts only. Results export as genuine Excel, CSV or PDF, with up to 25 suppliers per PDF.
What is a Trak?+
A Trak is Trakkit’s currency for AI. One successful form generation, form adjustment or review summary costs 1 Trak. AI is optional: entering scores, inviting reviewers, reminders and exports do not use it. Technical retries and failed requests do not use extra Traks.
What if I run out of Traks?+
Invitations, reviews and exports continue while your workspace is active. Only new AI generation stops. Optionally buy 100 extra Traks for €9 or 500 for €29 excluding VAT. Monthly Traks are used first; purchased extras do not expire. Failed AI requests use no Traks.
How does the free trial work?+
Start immediately with your email address. You get 14 days, 5 suppliers, 3 app users and 20 optional Traks. No payment card, approval process or automatic paid renewal.
Can I cancel monthly?+
Yes. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the paid period ends, followed by 30 days of read and export access. Invitation links close at period end. Purchased Traks remain during a pause. This version has no annual commitment.
Can I weight scores and track follow-up actions?+
Yes. Set section weights in a published form and compare reviews using the same version. Empty and N/A answers do not count as zero. Record an action with an owner, deadline, status and outcome, then link a follow-up review of the same supplier. Reviews and follow-up actions are included in your workspace.
What is included in both plans?+
Your own forms, hierarchy and history. Excel/CSV import with a fixed template. PDF, Excel and CSV results exports. Invitations and up to two scheduled reminders. Standard email support.
How do extra Traks and a pause work?+
Optional: 100 extra Traks for €9 or 500 for €29, excluding VAT. Monthly Traks are used first and do not roll over. Purchased extras never expire, remain during a pause and do not activate a workspace. Packs require a paid subscription. Automatic top-ups are off.
What does setup help cost and what happens after expiry?+
Setup help: €149 excluding VAT for up to two remote hours, with an agreed scope. Pay monthly in advance and cancel monthly. After expiry, read and export for 30 days; invitation links close when your paid or trial period ends.
