Make the criteria explicit
Build rating and text questions around what your team needs to discuss: quality, delivery, communication or commercial performance. Publish a form version before inviting reviewers so their answers refer to the same criteria.
Read the score with the response count
A score based on two replies is different from one based on twenty. Trakkit reports submitted responses alongside numeric averages. Empty and non-numeric answers do not count as zero. Compare the same exact questionnaire version and inspect department results when context differs.
Take evidence into the supplier conversation
Export the results to PDF for discussion or Excel/CSV for further analysis. Detailed exports are a deliberate choice and can include identifiable comments. Decide which level is appropriate before sharing externally.
Weights and structured follow-up
The current live scorecard uses numeric averages. Configurable section weights and an action register with an owner, deadline, status and follow-up review are being validated in development. They are not yet part of the live product. Existing reviews, exports and cycle comparison are available now.
